If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the issue.
Claims apply to manufacturing defects or hidden defects that existed at the time of delivery. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, incorrect handling, accidents, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the provided care and maintenance instructions.
If the product or packaging is damaged during transport, please notify us immediately and retain all original packaging materials until the claim has been resolved. Photos of both the product and packaging may be required.
